Services Offered

I work in person with clients throughout the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area and with long-distance clients globally by phone or Skype. Sessions are 45 minutes to one hour each and clients may purchase prepaid coaching packages. Two sessions per month are recommended to achieve best results, and a commitment of three to six months is expected at the start of our work together. This up-front commitment ensures that as you encounter inevitable obstacles along the way, you and I can address these bumps in the coaching road and stay focused on uncovering your full potential, knowing you are committed to completing the process.

Life Coaching

What stories are you telling yourself? Are they holding you back, or moving you forward? I am specially trained to help you tackle life issues from a “here and now” perspective and focus primarily on the specific areas you want to address. My coaching clients are ready to effect positive change, explore their deeper purpose, and grow personally and/or professionally as a result of their coaching sessions.  Does this sound like you?

Business and Executive Coaching

I have done extensive executive coaching, especially during my career as a vice president of human resources for a global firm. I completed comprehensive training with the National Training Laboratories Institute, including its Senior Consultant Program. Typical challenges tackled in executive coaching are work-life balance, time management, delegation, and preparation for the C-Suite. I also have experience with corporate strategy and change management.

Leadership Development

I frequently conduct one-day and multi-day leadership seminars for teams. Some clients also request one-on-one post-seminar coaching for participants. I have programs geared towards rising leaders and leaders with some supervisory experience. I am a certified facilitator for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument and a conflict management practitioner. I hold a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and a master’s degree in business policy from Columbia University. More on my credentials.

I will work with you to develop a coaching schedule that meets your needs, goals, and budget. However, your coaching agenda is all your own.
